Tradesteady AI Technologies is a SaaS software company providing trade execution automation tools. We are not a financial advisor, broker, or portfolio manager. We do not provide investment advice or manage client funds.
By using the Tradesteady Algo website and services (“Service”) you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is provided by Tradesteady AI Technologies (“we”, “us”).
Tradesteady Algo is an automation platform that lets you connect TradingView alerts to brokers and exchanges (e.g. MetaTrader 5, Binance, Delta Exchange). We provide webhook routing, copy-trading features, and subscription-based access. We do not provide trading or investment advice.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with local laws and your broker’s or exchange’s terms.
You must keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate information. You must not use the Service for any illegal purpose, to harm others, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our or any third party’s systems. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.
Paid subscriptions are processed via DODO Payments. Fees are as shown at the time of purchase. By subscribing you agree to pay the applicable fees. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We may change pricing or plans with notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You acknowledge that trading and use of automated tools involve a risk of loss and that we do not guarantee any particular outcome or return. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading losses you may suffer. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be on this page. Material changes may be notified by email or a notice on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
