Who we are

Tradesteady Algo is operated by Tradesteady AI Technologies. We provide automation tools that connect TradingView alerts to brokers and platforms (e.g. MetaTrader 5, Binance, Delta Exchange) and related subscription services.

Information we collect

Information you give us: When you register, subscribe, or contact us we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and country. For payments we use DODO Payments; we do not store your full card details.

Broker, exchange and MetaTrader credentials: When you add a route we store the API keys, secrets, tokens or MT5 login details you enter for it, plus the alerts you send and the orders we place for you. We use them only to run your automations. They are encrypted before they are stored, are never shown to other users, are kept out of alert logs and are masked in our own support tools. You can remove them at any time by deleting the route, and you can revoke them at your broker or exchange.

Information we get from use of the site: We may collect your IP address, browser type, device information, and how you use our website (e.g. pages visited, actions taken). This helps us run and improve the service and keep it secure.

How we use your information

We use your data to:

• Create and manage your account and subscriptions
• Process payments and send receipts or support messages
• Deliver and operate our automation services (e.g. routing alerts to your connected accounts)
• Respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations
• Improve our website and services and detect misuse

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only where needed: with payment processors (e.g. DODO Payments) for transactions, with your broker or exchange when we place an order you asked for, with authorities when required by law, or with service providers who help us run the service (cloud hosting, email delivery, and an AI model provider that answers your Ask Vinny messages) under strict confidentiality.

Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask us to correct or delete your data, or to provide a copy of what we hold. To do so, contact us at info[at]tradesteadyalgo.com or via WhatsApp. If you are in India, you have these rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including the right to withdraw consent and to raise a grievance with us; you may also have rights under the data protection laws of your country.
